Home Health Service provides skilled services to patients who are confined to home, under a doctor’s care, and require intermittent care.

Home Health Services payment sources include Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, Self Pay, and United Way Support.

The Home Health Program is a Medicare certified agency, a member agency of United Way, and locally administered by your Board of Health.

HOMEMAKERS
The Homemaker Program is a subsidized program designed to assist seniors sixty years and older with personal care. The goal is to help the client maintain their independence in their home.

The service is intermittent and provided on a sliding scale fee basis.

Services proved are bathing, shampooing, and skin care.

Homemaker aides are trained aides who provide care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
